Hello Everyone!

Welcome to my blog!  As you all know, I own a little Cottage Bakery serving fresh, organic, naturally leavened bread for you and your family.  

I will now offer local orders on my website (sorry, no shipping).  I will be serving up sourdough loaves and other baked sweets! My bread goodies are always made with organic (non-GMO) flour. Every loaf goes through the natural fermentation period, yeast is never used.
